1. Services Agreement

Value Shots Photos LLC provides professional photography services including but not limited to portraits, events, and commercial photography. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon delivery of final images. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Image Delivery and Usage Rights

Clients receive full usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires additional licensing. Images are delivered within 48-72 hours via secure online gallery.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure not due to negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

While clients receive usage rights, Value Shots Photos retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
